While the consulting and training are carried out by our founders, Know How's growing team provides a bulk of the management support services, delivering a wide array of back-office functions (both on-site and remote) to help our clients succeed. These services include invoicing and A/R management, A/P and bookkeeping, data entry, legal secretarial, paralegal and docketing support, online payroll services, and more.

Who We Are
At the helm, Cheney Anderson is a Baylor grad and seasoned financial and IT executive with 20+ years managing a wide range of businesses and advising leaders, with extensive knowledge of law firms, small businesses and early stage companies. Cheney's fortes include forensic financial analysis, complex financial modeling and forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting, process and workflow efficiencies and redesigns, business coaching and strategy, financial department training, ownership compensation models, HR and benefits administration, IT management and infrastructure design, contract negotiations and relocations.
Debbie Anderson is also a Baylor grad with 17 years of professional teaching and public speaking experience, including keynotes, seminars, classroom and professional development. With her entertaining persona and dedication to excellence, she is capable of instructing, engaging and entertaining groups of all ages, size and type, while differentiating across educational levels and learning styles. With her StrengthsFinder Top 5 of Strategic, Achiever, Communicator, Activator and Responsibility, she has an uncanny ability to strategically assess, design and implement solutions to a wide variety of organizational obstacles thereby enhancing overall effectiveness and performance while increasing team buy-in and enthusiasm.
